Even the Peretola airport was not so far. Gavinana - Rovezzano district is a good choice and absolutely worth visiting. We were happy to find Bar Migliorini 800 ft away, where we could eat.

During my Xmas stay, the hotel was conveniently situated, walking distance to all major sites, and the room had a stunning view of the city.
The staff was extremely unhelpful, they did not provide any information on the city nor the areas where to have dinner.
